Rare Air Farm is our farm where we grow and raise much of the food we eat, and love to share with others our bounty.

As with all things, it's always growing and changing--life is a wonderful  journey!

From Our Garden to Your Plate

It’s important to know what you’re eating. Studies suggest that eating the most nutritious varieties of fruits and vegetables may have a bigger impact on our health than how many fruits and vegetables we consume.  The reason some varieties are more protective of our health than others is that they are rich in sources of molecular compounds called "phytonutrients."  Plants produce phytonutrients to protect themselves from diseases, fungi, insects, harmful ultraviolet light, drought, and other threats.  When we eat plants rich in phytonutrients, we receive the health benefits too--the plant's self-protection becomes our protection.

We utilize only natural and organic practices ensuring the highest quality, best tasting and most nutritious food. We take a very hands-on approach to all of our crops and animals, so you and your family can eat without concern.
